The team built an AI planning model and web application that makes social case management more efficient and effective. The project partner International Social Service (ISS) is an international NGO founded in 1924, which helps more than 75,000 families per year across the globe.

The solution can significantly help in managing cases and thus providing more effective support for families in need. Upon continued development, it will be the first step toward ISS’s AI journey.
